# Melting Light Bulbs The Keita Ogawa 'Melt Bulb' Reminds Us to Use LED Bulbs By Michael Hines | Published 2010-06-17 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/keita-ogawa References: [yankodesign](http://www.yankodesign.com/2010/06/15/melting-away-lights/) Keita Ogawa's 'Melt Bulb' is a gentle and artistic reminder to use Earth-friendly LED bulbs. Older light bulbs melt under the heat of a warming world. Keep the world cool by using LED bulbs! Keita Ogawa's 'Melt Bulb' is actually a working LED light bulb itself, making it more than just a pretty piece of art to stare at. Functional pieces of art that are melted are always a win in my book.
