Paying homage to the pop art icon, this hyper-realistic bust is a follow-up to Tsuji's creations of Abraham Lincoln and surrealist artist Salvador Dali. Known for his Hollywood special effect makeup, Kazuhiro Tsuji tries his hand at sculpture art and creates a striking tribute to Andy Warhol. The tribute features two sculptures, one that depicts a younger Warhol as well as a grey-haired piece that is more synonymous with the artist's more famous look. Made using resin and silicone materials, these realistic Andy Warhol sculptures are enhanced with pigments that are blended to resemble lifelike skin equipped with wrinkles and faux veins along with the artist's signature white wig. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.9/10 - Popularity: 89% | Activity: 81% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Hyper-realistic Sculptures:** The use of advanced technology in creating lifelike sculptures of famous personalities can be a game-changer for the art industry and can attract more art enthusiasts. - **Special Effect Makeup Techniques in Sculptures:** Incorporating Hollywood special effect makeup techniques in creating sculptures can revolutionize the art of sculpting and create more possibilities in creating realistic representations of personalities. - **Trend of Renowned Figure Representations:** The trend of creating realistic sculptures representing famous personalities from different fields can provide opportunities for artists to showcase their talent and creativity while engaging the public in interactive experiences. ### Who This Affects Most - **Art Industry:** The art industry can benefit significantly from the use of advanced technologies and special effect makeup techniques when creating sculptures of famous personalities, which can attract more art enthusiasts. - **Entertainment Industry:** The entertainment industry can take advantage of the trend of creating realistic sculptures of famous personalities by featuring them in museums and attractions, creating interactive experiences for fans and audiences. - **Technology Industry:** The technology industry can support the development of new and innovative techniques for creating hyper-realistic sculptures of famous personalities by investing in research and development and partnering with artists and companies in the art and entertainment industries. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sci-Fi Show Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yusuke-hanai-1.md) - [Artful Anime-Blending Split Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/split-bust.md) - [Pop Art Factory Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-campbells-soup.md) - [Hyperrealistic Musician Figurines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blitzway-kurt-cobain-figurine.md) - [Glamorous Artful Bronze Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sweet-jane.md) - [Pop Art-Style Blocked Portraits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-in-red.md) - [Soup-Themed Bunny Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kidrobot-2.md) - [Digital Archetype Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/christian-rex-van-minnen-1.md) - [Surreal Love-Themed Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/joakim-ojanen.md)
