This interactive [puzzle toy for dogs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/enrichment-kit) features multiple compartments for pet parents to stash treats or kibble, encouraging sniffing, nudging, and pawing for rewards. While the Small Kanoodle Dog Edition offers a moderate level of mental simulation with nine hidden compartments and six rotating pieces, the Large Kanoodle Dog Edition supports a high level of mental engagement with 14 hidden treat compartments, nine rotating pieces, and three removable parts. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.2/10 - Popularity: 70% | Activity: 81% | Freshness: 36% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Pets](https://www.trendhunter.com/pets) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Interactive Pet Puzzle Toys:** Increasing demand for mentally stimulating pet activities drives innovation in interactive toys that challenge pets cognitively. - **Tiktok-influenced Pet Products:** Social media platforms like TikTok increasingly inspire new product designs, integrating viral trends into practical pet solutions. - **Cognitive Enrichment for Pets:** Products focusing on cognitive enrichment for pets are rising in popularity, providing alternatives to traditional exercise for mental well-being. - **Expanded Customizability in Pet Equipment:** Pet owners are drawn to customizable equipment that allows them to tailor mental challenges to their pets' needs and skills. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Pet Products Industry:** The pet products industry is expanding to include innovative solutions that prioritize cognitive engagement over physical exercise. - **Social Media Retail:** Retail influenced by social media platforms is shaping consumer preferences, driving brands to create products based on trending content. - **Pet Health and Wellness:** The pet health and wellness sector is witnessing growth with products that address mental stimulation as an integral aspect of animal well-being. - **Educational Toys:** Educational toys for pets, once a niche market, are gaining mainstream traction as owners seek tools for mental development. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Dog Enrichment Activities](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brightkins.md) - [Interactive Canine Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interactive-canine-toy.md) - [Instinct-Stimulating Dog Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flevo-bowly.md) - [Multi-Benefit Enrichment Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pupsicle.md) - [Zoomie-Inducing Dog Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plushdog-toy.md) - [Interactive Dog Feeder Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cono-activity-toy.md) - [Dog-Friendly Board Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-dogs-best-friend-game.md) - [Ergonomic Dog Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/earth-rated-dog-toy-collection.md) - [Dog Enrichment Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/enrichment-kit.md)
