The enclave currently features "three exceptional properties—Etéreo, [Auberge Resorts Collection](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mauna-lani-hotel), The [Riviera Maya EDITION](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/riviera-maya-edition) at Kanai, and The St. Regis Kanai Resort, [Riviera Maya—with](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-neos) the Mandarin Oriental Kanai set to join in 2027." Spanning "680 acres of the Yucatán Peninsula, Kanai is surrounded by lush jungle and serene mangrove forests, offering miles of powder-soft beaches along the eastern shore." Notably, only 10% of the land has been developed, ensuring the preservation of the region’s natural beauty while providing guests direct access to its untouched environment. Each resort within Kanai offers a unique experience, from intimate hideaways to expansive escapes, complemented by world-class amenities and services that emphasize relaxation and sustainability.
