The [treetop structure](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casetta-tessino) is a classy, naturalistic and aesthetically attractive place designed for [meetings and special events](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pavilion-jardins) that is almost straight out of the Swiss Family Robinson. The whole building is 525 square feet, but it seems surprisingly spacious considering it is, after all, a [house in a tree](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/burl-treehouse). Those of us who don't have one of these super-cool retreats for our own will have to settle for these pictures of the KABAN by Renaud Morel. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.4/10 - Popularity: 94% | Activity: 91% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Arboreal Meeting Spaces:** Opportunity for architects and designers to create unique, outdoor meeting spaces by incorporating nature into their designs. - **Eco-friendly Venues:** Increased demand for environmentally sustainable event spaces with minimal ecological impact, spurring innovation in eco-friendly materials and construction techniques. - **Adult Playgrounds:** Opportunity to create non-traditional workspaces and retreats that incorporate fun and play into the workplace to increase creativity and productivity. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** Opportunity for architects to incorporate more natural elements into their designs, creating unique outdoor spaces for work or play. - **Event and Hospitality:** Increased demand for eco-friendly and unique event spaces, creating opportunities for hospitality businesses to differentiate themselves through sustainability and design. - **Office Design:** Opportunity to incorporate playful and natural elements into the workplace to increase employee creativity and engagement. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Forest-Treetop Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/more-cabin.md) - [Hidden Garden Timber Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-room-around-a-tree.md) - [Elevated Treetop Modern Cabins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buitenverblijf-nest.md) - [Artful Elevated Timber Treehouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/secret-camp.md) - [Cartoonish Tubular Treehouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tubular-treehouse.md) - [Rainforest Lodged Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-lodging-in-the-pige.md) - [Cozy Gaden Cabin Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-pavilion.md) - [Modern Rounded Treehouse Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/burl-treehouse.md) - [Nature-Immersive Tranquil Resorts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/treehouse-villas.md)
