Products like the 'Just Fold It' partition provide people with the means to define separate areas in a way that is impermanent and adaptable. Kutarq produced this rad room divider which is even ideal for placement outside. While the materials are relatively flexible and lightweight, the piece's patterned perforations allow breezes to pass through and prevent the screen from being blown over. There is a chic geometry to 'Just Fold It' that speaks of its modular assembly. The 2 meter wall can be widened and narrowed with the easy addition and subtraction of angular panels so that more or less space can be sectioned off. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 37% | Activity: 14% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Modular Patio Partitions:** The 'Just Fold It' partition offers a versatile and adaptable solution for separating spaces in open plan areas. - **Lightweight Room Dividers:** Architects and homeowners are opting for flexible and lightweight partitions, like the 'Just Fold It' screen, over stocky walls. - **Outdoor Space Design:** The use of products like the 'Just Fold It' partition outside highlights the trend of creating functional and multipurpose outdoor areas. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architectural Design:** Architects can capitalize on the trend of modular patio partitions to offer clients versatile and customizable solutions for open plan spaces. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can explore the use of lightweight room dividers, such as the 'Just Fold It' screen, to create flexible and adaptable living spaces. - **Outdoor Furniture:** The trend of outdoor space design opens up opportunities for companies in the outdoor furniture industry to offer innovative and weather-resistant patio partitions. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sculptural Room Screens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/morgen-screen.md) - [Flexible Room Partition Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/room-partition-system.md) - [Felt-Made Retractable Room Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pixels-1.md) - [Pleated Textile Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plissade.md) - [Rotating Panel Room Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ro-room-dividers.md) - [Contemporary Modular Space Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wallstreet.md) - [Minimal Open-Plan Screen Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arches-screen.md) - [Work-Enhancing Partitioning Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/partitioning-system.md) - [Hemp Room Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/breeze-divider.md)
