The yogurts are crafted with soy grown in the Netherlands and have been produced by De Nieuwe Melkboer in three varieties including Natural, Vanilla and Forest Fruits. The products created in collaboration between Jumbo and De Nieuwe Melkboer are part of the Plant Protein Forward initiative being spearheaded by Foodvalley, Rabobank and more. Unit Manager AGF and Protein at Jumbo Menno Wigtman spoke on the Jumbo plant-based yogurts saying, "The majority of our fresh products come from Dutch soil. We are proud of Dutch products and farmers and growers such as De Nieuwe Melkboer, who ensure that there are tasty, more sustainable, fresh products of high quality on our shelves every day.
