She is creating a series of unique shots that utilize a different kind of prop: Bump bowls. Essentially, Jocelyn Conway uses a mold of the [mother's pregnant belly](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seraphine-1) as a cradle of sorts that the baby rests in. The symbolism of Jocelyn Conway's work is powerful, not to mention comforting. Cushioned with [soft swaddles and blankets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-ollie-world-swaddle), it will make the baby feel as though he or she has never left the womb to begin with. Sweet and simple, Jocelyn Conway preserves memories beautifully. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.7/10 - Popularity: 99% | Activity: 93% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Life-Stages](https://www.trendhunter.com/life-stages) > [Babies](https://www.trendhunter.com/babies) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Pregnancy Mold Photography:** Exploring the market for maternity photos and baby photography that utilizes pregnant belly molds as props. - **Emotive Baby Photography:** Creating experiences through baby photography that intertwine human emotions and bonding, invoking a sense of nostalgia. - **Pet Photography:** Capturing sentimental moments through creative use of pets as props amidst family and baby photography sessions. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Maternity Wear:** Collaborating with photographers and offering pregnant moms affordable and comfortable outfits to wear during mold photography sessions. - **Custom Prop Manufacturing:** Providing ideal props for baby and family photography through innovation in 3D printing and mold making processes. - **Social Media Marketing:** Developing social media campaigns targeting young moms and expectant mothers to promote the power of maternity and baby photography. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Bubble-Shaped Cribs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-bubble-baby-bed.md) - [Design-Conscious Baby Incubators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concept-incubator.md) - [Maternity-Inspired Lighting Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/noah-lighting.md) - [Whimsical Childlike Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-eternal-child.md) - [AI Maternity Photoshoot Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/maternity-photoshoot.md) - [Pregnancy-Friendly Fitness Equipment](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bala-mama.md) - [Parent-Focused Luxury Packages](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ambiente-sedona.md) - [Anatomically Inspired Baby Bottles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/emulait.md) - [Experimental Pottery Vessels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gourd-project.md)
