A dragonfly becomes a helicopter, a bee wields a miniature tank upon his back, and a wee skull is outfitted with the blade of a set of hair clippers. Job van der Mole's insects may once have been all-natural, but their present state is anything but. We've seen a number of [hybrid animals created by artists](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shiyuan-xu); most come from the steampunk movement.
