The watercolor illustrations by Joao Ferreira are masterfully created. He has created some remarkable animal pieces that are colored in unnatural hues, such as a green giraffe and a purple gorilla.

Joao Ferreira's talent, however, extends far beyond that one style of illustrations. The Portugal-based artist's portfolio is full of illustrations that include drawn works and digital works in addition to his fantastic watercolor style.

**Implications** - With society saturated with advanced forms of technology, many advertisements are created digitally. This has created a newfound appreciation for manually-created artforms which promotes the values of patience and hard work. Companies can incorporate manual art in their marketing campaigns to be unique and express their values.
