Foursquare users and MTV fans combined can now give a fist pump to the new Jersey Shore GTL Badge, as a week-long promotion runs while waiting for the show's third season premier.

The "gym/tan/laundry" badge unlocks when Foursquare users check into a gym, tanning salon and laundry location during the week. MTV continues to keep its social media presence alive after having already done other location-based initiatives. Fans are definitely in for another "situation" with the Jersey Shore GTL Badge.
