Melbourne-based Blincoe brings into focus his latest series titled 'Ephemeral Memory' that focuses on native Australians. This surreal and striking series is not only visually arresting, but each piece tells tale of its own. According to Jeremy, "Creating this series reaffirmed one of the main reasons why I love creating: it is a skeleton key to meeting incredible people, and sharing their stories with the wider community." The hyper-real images involve a woman hanging on to the top of a tree to a boy perched on the top of a ladder that is unbelievably balanced. The Jeremy Blincoe Australian photos are a pure delight for lovers of surreal photography. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.9/10 - Popularity: 42% | Activity: 6% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Photography](https://www.trendhunter.com/photography) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Surreal Photography:** Explore opportunities to incorporate surreal elements into photography for unique and captivating visuals. - **Visual Storytelling:** Leverage photography to share narratives and capture the attention of the audience through emotive storytelling. - **Community Engagement:** Utilize photography as a means to connect with and showcase the stories of diverse communities to a wider audience. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Art and Photography:** Embrace the trend of surreal photography to create innovative and thought-provoking artwork. - **Publishing and Journalism:** Incorporate visual storytelling techniques in journalism and publishing to enhance storytelling and engage readers. - **Social Media and Marketing:** Leverage captivating photography to drive engagement and connect with communities on social media platforms. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Statement Street Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/surreal-street-art-1.md) - [Tree Branch-Formed Lighting Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/celestial-attraction.md) - [Painting-Immersive Photo Exhibits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/new-ground-exhibition.md) - [Futuristic Totemic Lighting Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/space-relics.md) - [Public Art Displays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paul-anthony-smith.md) - [AI-Generated Poetic Photo Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/emilio-alarcn.md) - [Human Embraced-Inspired Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wallmounted-sculpture.md) - [Abstract Geometric Solo Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/impermanent-state-of-being.md) - [Lightning-Inspired Artful Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bright-light-shining.md)
