Daniela Forti's dynamic designs are both [sculptural and functional](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interactive-transformation-table), forming the perfect combination to spruce up one's abode. The sturdy tables are made in a delicate process, which involves drawing out [individual blob-like clusters of glass](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sklo) into long tendrils, reminiscent of a jellyfish's stinging tentacles. The long, organic appendages of the table act as its legs, providing support, while giving the appearance that the table is floating. Each design features different colors, offering the consumer something as unique and awe-inspiring as the aquatic creatures themselves. In addition to its diverse colors, each table takes on a different form, adding to the structure's already organic shape. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.8/10 - Popularity: 78% | Activity: 57% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Dynamic Furniture Designs:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore the use of unconventional materials and organic shapes to create unique and functional furniture designs. - **Colorful Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Experiment with vibrant colors in home decor products to add visual interest and personality to living spaces. - **Nature-inspired Furniture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Incorporate elements from nature in furniture design, drawing inspiration from creatures like jellyfish to create visually stunning and conversation-starting pieces. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrate innovative techniques and materials to create eye-catching and functional furniture pieces for modern consumers. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Embrace unconventional design elements like jellyfish-inspired furniture to offer unique and visually captivating interior design solutions. - **Artisanal Glassware:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Combine traditional glass-blowing techniques with modern design sensibilities to create one-of-a-kind glass pieces that serve both functional and artistic purposes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Shimmering Oceanic Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/liquid-table.md) - [Acrylic Multicolor Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lucid-side-tables.md) - [Structural Blown Glass Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lokum-collection.md) - [Wavy Sculptural Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptural-coffee-tables.md) - [Wave-Inspired Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seahorse-coffee-table.md) - [Crystalline Gem-Like Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soda-coffee-tables.md) - [Fluid Topographic Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dune-table.md) - [Haute Waterlily-Like Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lilypad-table.md) - [Candy-Inspired Cylindrical Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/candy-table.md)
