James Taylor is a Graphic Designer in New York City. The big apple is known for its incredible number of national chains and corporate retailers. Taylor decided to capture the city's corporate occupation by rebranding and reimagining the names of Manhattan neighborhoods. He rebranded them to look like large national retailers' logos.

Some of the rebranded logos include corporations like [Bank of America](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bank-of-america-1), [Staples](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/school-supply-drive) and [Dunkin' Donuts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dunkin-and-stoney-clover-lane). Dunkin' Donuts is the largest retailer in New York City, with 515 stores scattered across the city.

The series of rebranded images is called 'City in Chains.' The rebranding of some of the city's favorite neighborhoods are becoming mirror images of corporate America. It is an interesting take on how influential corporate America is to our lives. This is definitely an eye opener in the most imaginative way.
