The unit has an [automatic heater](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/temperature-control-system) as well as a [high-end disinfection system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kohler) called ClearRay Pro3Tect that utilizes UV rays and ozone in order to keep the water in the tub as sanitary as possible. The hot tub can be used year-round and has PowerPro nozzles that will spray water at the user, whether they are sitting or lying down.

The Jacuzzi 'Skylounge' has an EcoSheild insulation coating as well as a protective plastic base that provide additional protection from the elements when used year-round. The dimensions and weight of the hot tub allow it to be installed almost anywhere including terraces.
