For Mental Health Awareness Week, ITV has joined forces with Uncommon. The partnership brings light to the impact loneliness can have on us. The project is named 'Britain Get Talking' and includes notable figures, Philip Schofield and Laura Whitmore. Together the two share how important it is to reach out to family and friends who might be struggling. It is important to note that suffering people are often the best at hiding their pain.

In the commercial, there are QR codes on windows and bus stations. When scanned, these QR codes play voice notes that tell you about the importance of being there for others. The message is that you don't have to physically be there to be supportive; a simple voice note can make all the difference in today's world. The commercial emphasizes that a second of your time can brighten someone's day and even save a life.
