The Ishida Europe QX-500 tray sealer is a new solution being launched to help customers and partners alike enjoy expedited results with sustainability in mind. The system is reported to deliver a 66% increase in overall cycle speed along with a 44% reduction in weight and even a 46% reduction in overall size. The system uses 50% less energy to increase productivity and reduce overall waste, while still prioritizing high-quality results for gas flushing, seal only, stretch film, MAP and skinpack packaging.

Product Manager for Tray Sealers Tara O'Connor commented on inspiration for the Ishida Europe QX-500 tray sealer saying, "The global food market remains extremely competitive and companies face many challenges on a daily basis.
