Fonseca's iPad 4 is an unofficial concept, but it does have some awesome features that would look great in the next edition of [Apple's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/macbook-folio) iPad. The most notable thing about this iPad 4 concept is its slide-out keyboard. Many have complained about the lack of a keyboard on both the iPad and the [iPhone](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apple-iphone-fold-concept), so this addition is a no-brainer. Another awesome new element is the concept's Bang & Olufsen speakers, designed to make headphone-less sound quality superb. An HD 1080 12 megapixel camera ensures that your every facial blemish will be viewable on Facetime, and an aluminum frame ensures that the iPad 4 is easily recyclable. Apple will most likely pass on the slide-out keyboard, but the aluminum frame, epic speakers and powerful camera are something they might look into. Is it too early to begin iPad 4 fever? ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.3/10 - Popularity: 21% | Activity: 39% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Slide-out Keyboard on Tablets:** The addition of a slide-out keyboard to tablets, like the Luis Fonseca iPad 4 concept, can improve functionality and convenience for users. - **Enhanced Sound Quality on Mobile Devices:** Incorporating high-quality speakers, like the Bang & Olufsen speakers on the Luis Fonseca iPad 4 concept, in mobile devices can enhance the overall user experience. - **High-resolution Cameras on Tablets:** Tablets equipped with high-resolution cameras, like the HD 1080 12 megapixel camera on the Luis Fonseca iPad 4 concept, can offer better video and photo options for users. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Tablet Manufacturing:** Manufacturers of tablets can explore the addition of slide-out keyboards, high-quality speakers, and high-resolution cameras to improve their products and stand out in the market. - **Mobile Accessories:** Companies that make mobile accessories can design and sell add-on slide-out keyboards, better speakers, and high-resolution cameras for tablets, extending the devices' capabilities. - **Audio Technology:** Audio technology firms can develop high-quality, durable speakers geared towards mobile devices to provide users with exceptional sound quality. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Immersive All-Screen Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/macbook-folio.md) - [Sleek Sliding Smartphone Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/conceptual-iphone-14.md) - [Ultra-Sleek Smartphone Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iphone-16-pro-concept.md) - [Next-Generation Folding Smartphone Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apple-iphone-fold-concept.md) - [Ultra-Slim Folding Smartphone Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iphone-air-concept.md) - [Immersive Titanium Smartphone Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iphone-14-ultra-concept.md) - [Sculpted Designer Smartphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iphone-15-pro-max-concept.md) - [Playful Immersive Productivity Tablets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/redesigned-ipad.md) - [Dual-Display Smartphone Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iphone-vision.md)
