# Multitouch Touchscreen Tables The KioPro Coffee Table Has a Wide Variety of Applications By Rahul Kalvapalle | Published 2015-06-09 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interactive-touchscreen-table References: [lifesizetouch](http://www.lifesizetouch.com/interactive-furniture/kiopro-multi-touch-tables/) & [lifesizetouch](http://www.lifesizetouch.com/interactive-furniture/kiopro-multi-touch-tables/) The KioPro is a touchscreen table that is being positioned as the ultimate sales presentation tool. It's essentially a [minimalist coffee table](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sharp-table) with a touchscreen embedded into it. The considerable screen is well suited towards sales presentations and visual demonstrations. Unlike other [interactive touchscreen tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-folio) on the market, the KiPro doesn't use tabletop bezels. Instead, it offers a gorgeous edge-to-edge glass surface. The glass is tough enough to not be bothered in any way by food or drink being placed on the top during use. The highlight of this table is its [through-glass touch technology](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/phantomy-software), which ensures that the touch screen display is safely housed -- you never actually directly touch the screen display. This ensures that the focus is always on the messages being conveyed by the display. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.1/10 - Popularity: 64% | Activity: 82% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Multitouch Touchscreen Tables:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Developing advanced multitouch technologies for interactive sales presentations and visual demonstrations. - **Edge-to-edge Glass Surface:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Creating tough and durable edge-to-edge glass surfaces for interactive touchscreen tables, enabling them to withstand food and beverage spills. - **Through-glass Touch Technology:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Designing touch screen displays for touchscreen tables that are safely housed below the glass surface, enhancing user experience and focus on displayed messages. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Technology:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Developing advanced interactive touchscreen tables, multitouch technologies, and through-glass touch technology for sales presentations and visual demonstrations. - **Furniture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrating edge-to-edge glass surfaces into coffee tables and other furniture pieces, offering durable and spill-resistant surfaces for a wide variety of applications. - **Marketing and Advertising:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Leveraging the interactive capabilities of touchscreen tables to create unique and engaging sales presentations that capture audience attention and improve message delivery. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Connected Touchscreen TV Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tcl-telly-table.md) - [Computer-Equipped Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-coffee-table.md) - [Interactive Multipurpose Touchscreen Displays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hkmlc-smart-boards.md) - [Subtly Smart Dining Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/etto-table.md) - [Keyboard-Equipped Touchscreens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kwumsy-kx.md) - [All-in-One Self-Serve Kiosks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/touch-dynamic.md) - [Touchscreen Retail Ordering Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/microtouch-products.md) - [Interactive Projection Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/abusizz.md) - [Multifunctional Speaker-Incorporated Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prisoom.md)
