Not much more to say, or so the name of the Inout bathtub implies. [Benedini Associates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bathroom-design2) created this very simple design; however, it may be a bit much to say that they created it, since it’s a circle. I guess you could say they were reinventing the wheel. The design is perfect for [modern minimalist decor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sustainable-bathroom-design), whether in new or renovated homes. Sometimes simple designs make the boldest statements. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 9% | Activity: 61% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Minimalist Tubs:** The trend towards minimalist design in home furnishings and decor is creating opportunities for simple tub designs like Benedini Associates' Inout Bathtub. - **Circular Shapes:** Circular shapes are becoming more popular in home design, creating new opportunities for circular tub designs like the Inout Bathtub. - **Efficiency in Home Design:** Increasing focus on efficiency in home design is driving the popularity of simple, easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain tub designs. ### Where This Applies - **Home Goods:** The home goods industry can capitalize on the trend towards minimalist design by developing more simple and elegant tub designs. - **Luxury Home Design:** The luxury home design industry can incorporate circular tub designs into high-end bathroom features. - **Plumbing Fixtures:** The plumbing fixtures industry can develop more efficient and user-friendly tub designs that appeal to modern minimalist decor tastes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Rounded Hydromassage Tubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aretusa-tub-by-claudio-papa.md) - [Japanese Snack Box-Inspired Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bento-starck-box.md) - [Removable Bathtub Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bathtrope.md) - [Contemporary Public Bathhouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/round-about-baths.md) - [Symmetrical Curved Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/victoria-alberts-barcelona-collection.md) - [Malleable Removable Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bathtope.md) - [Sophisticated High-Design Bath Lines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soaking-tub.md) - [Hardwood Based Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beam-bathtub.md) - [Utility-Focused Bathroom Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/showdown-system.md)
