Inspired by [IKEA](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vibrant-homeware) and the company's founder Ingvar Kamprad, the Ingvar collection offers [flat-pack, minimalist furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/allen-key-lamp) that fits in with just about any home decor. Not only that, it is also easy to build and convenient to store, while saving 80% of packaging materials for a more eco-conscious approach to design.

Created by Cape Town, South Africa-based Pedersen + Lennard, the Ingvar collection is made out of [Scandinavian birch](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fogias-collection), which is finished with a durable epoxy varnish.

Although it may be a little too simple for some people's tastes, the Ingvar collection can be the starting point of a great home aesthetic. Perhaps you can even get a little creative and personalize some of them as well!
