Designed by Koichi Takada Architects, the Infinity Tower will feature 20 stories and is part of a $6 billion project to revitalize the area. The sides of the Infinity Tower loop down to form [tiered garden apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-o), with private terraces offering beautiful views of the communal terrace. The north corner of the tower features what appears to be a cut-off slice of tower, a design that keeps the upper floors connected whilst letting natural light into the courtyard. The Infinity Tower is a great example of architecture that is both visually completely unique yet functional and not merely an eye-catching gimmick. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.9/10 - Popularity: 51% | Activity: 27% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Distinctive Architecture:** The Infinity Tower's unique design showcases the potential for architecture to be visually striking and functional. - **Rooftop Terrace Living:** The inclusion of a rooftop terrace in the Infinity Tower demonstrates the growing trend of integrating outdoor spaces into urban living. - **Revitalization Projects:** The $6 billion project to revitalize the Green Square area exemplifies the trend of investing in urban regeneration to enhance communities. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Architecture:** The Infinity Tower's design presents opportunities for innovative architectural firms to push boundaries and create visually striking yet functional buildings. - **Real Estate:** The concept of rooftop terrace living in the Infinity Tower opens up possibilities for developers to create unique and desirable residential properties. - **Urban Planning:** The Green Square revitalization project highlights the need for urban planners to prioritize community enhancement and sustainable development in their projects. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Figure 8-Structured House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-loop-house.md) - [Emirati-Inspired Towers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/symphony-tower.md) - [Dynamic Living Towered Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/onze22.md) - [Greenery-Filled Skyscraper Terrarium](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/terrarium-cheongdam.md) - [Sawtooth Roof Apartment Blocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ferrars-york.md) - [Diamond-Inspired Luxe Skyscrapers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-miami.md) - [Gracefully Dynamic Skyscrapers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bond-tower.md) - [Origami-Inspired Sleek Cabins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/infinity-mobile-architecture-system.md) - [Circular Garden Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-o.md)
