The Singapore studio 'FARM' in collaboration with the creative minds at 'KD Architects' have created 'The [Pool Shop House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/floating-public-pool).' Aside from the marvelous indoor pool, the 4-storey abode also features a breathtaking array of [indoor brick walls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vaulted-monochrome-haus) that give the house an organic feel. When it comes to modern design, this house really elevates the concept. The lighting of the house is cast in an ominous way that really accentuates the different layers of the interior through its shadows. This showpiece project also houses some private rooms on the top floor, but the show-stopping feature of the house is definitely the [monolithic pool](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vetrite). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.6/10 - Popularity: 80% | Activity: 51% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Monolithic Indoor Pools:** Innovative architects and designers can experiment with monolithic indoor pools as the main attraction in modern homes. - **Organic Interiors:** Organic interiors with brick walls can be a disruptive innovation opportunity in modern home designs. - **Ominous Lighting:** Future lighting innovations can be done by exploring ominous and shadow casting lighting concepts in modern home designs. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** Architects can leverage monolithic indoor pools and organic interiors to create innovative and modern home designs. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can experiment with ominous lighting and organic interiors for creating unique and inspiring homes. - **Real Estate:** Real estate developers can collaborate with architects and interior designers to create modern homes with monolithic indoor pools and organic interiors that can stand out in the market. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Unobstructive Hidden Pool Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/knox-bhavan.md) - [Garden-Surrounded Pool House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/geometric-pool-house.md) - [Asymmetrical Ultra-Compact Pools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/faraway-pool.md) - [Underwater Pool Window Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hastingssunrise.md) - [Expansive Roofs Concrete Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-house-in-the-farm.md) - [Forest Sanctuary Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sadowski-house.md) - [Bamboo Luxe Pool Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/godai-pavilion.md) - [Moat-Edge Family Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-antriya-house.md) - [Monolithic Sleek Summer Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vollerup-atrium.md)
