This design called 'The Call' is by design studio TILT. It was inspired by the quiet ambiance of hospitals -- its enclosing form acts as a booth for personal space. Deliberately shaped like a [cocoon](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-introvert-chair) at certain angles, the Call makes for a sheltering and cozy place whenever you need to step away from the rest of the world. It would be a visually intriguing piece to hang up on the wall, while serving the purpose of a stand-up booth where people can go to make important calls. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.8/10 - Popularity: 4% | Activity: 12% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Privacy-enhancing Wall Mounts:** Opportunity to create wall mounts that provide an enclosed and secluded space for private phone calls. - **Indoor Phone Booths:** Opportunity to design indoor phone booths that offer a quiet area for conversations in public spaces. - **Cozy Seating Solutions:** Opportunity to develop comfortable and inviting seating options that provide a sense of privacy in public environments. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture:** Innovative furniture designs can incorporate privacy-enhancing wall mounts or indoor phone booths. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can explore the use of cozy seating solutions to create private and comfortable areas within public spaces. - **Office Spaces:** Companies can incorporate privacy-enhancing wall mounts or indoor phone booths to enhance privacy and productivity in the workplace. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sound-Blocking Office Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/room-phone-booth.md) - [Quirky Solo Office Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/work-capsules.md) - [Minimalist Private Office Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solarlux-soundproof-space.md) - [Calming Acoustic Privacy Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/actiu-qyos.md) - [Contemporary Office Privacy Booths](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plenum-cabin-by-jaime-hayon-for-fritz-hansen.md) - [Personal Cubicle Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ma-camilla-isabel-reyes.md) - [People-Pleasing Office Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cubicle-system.md) - [Sound-Absorbing Cozy Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buddyhub.md) - [Calming Workspace Productivity Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kabin-privacy-pod.md)
