The featured decal showcases different baddies from [George Lucas' much-beloved franchise](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cocacola-x-star-wars). The wallpaper has a white background with a black frame around the illustrated characters. The whole design actually gives it a pretty cool [vintage look](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/immersive-surfaces), which most will appreciate. Some of the characters that make an appearance includes Darth Vader, Boba Fett and, of course, the Stormtrooper. These are all textured and hand-screened. Since not everyone shows their allegiance to the light side of the Force, the Imperial Forces Wallpaper will be a proper way to show one's loyalty to the [dark side](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ucs-death-star). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.0/10 - Popularity: 80% | Activity: 92% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) > [Media](https://www.trendhunter.com/media) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Vintage-inspired Wallpaper:** Creating vintage-inspired wallpaper designs featuring popular franchise characters can tap into nostalgia and attract fans. - **Pop Culture Decor:** Integrating pop culture elements into home decor, such as iconic characters from beloved franchises, can appeal to fans and enthusiasts. - **Textured Hand-screened Artwork:** Adding texture and hand-screened techniques to artwork and decals can enhance the visual appeal and create a unique selling point. ### Who This Affects Most - **Wallpaper Manufacturing:** Wallpaper manufacturers could explore licensing agreements to produce officially branded wallpaper featuring popular franchise characters. - **Home Decor Retail:** Home decor retailers can capitalize on the pop culture trend by featuring merchandise like wallpaper that allows fans to incorporate their favorite characters into their living spaces. - **Art Supplies and Techniques:** Suppliers of art materials and techniques like hand-screening can offer specialized products and workshops targeting artists and DIY enthusiasts. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sci-Fi-Themed Cars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/volkswagen-2.md) - [Sci-Fi-Themed Desktop Mats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-wars-orbitkey-desk-mat.md) - [Sci-Fi Gaming Chair Covers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/secretlab-star-wars.md) - [Sci-Fi-Branded Gamer Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/secretlab-x-star-wars.md) - [Sci-Fi-Inspired Classical Posters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sen-donnan.md) - [Exclusive Sci-Fi Scents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-wars-fragrances.md) - [Sci-Fi Franchise Logo Puzzles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brickbuilt-star-wars-logo.md) - [Sci-Fi Franchise-Inspired Fashion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-wars-collection-2.md) - [Sci-Fi Smartphone Grips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/popsockets-dimensionals-star-wars.md)
