Ikoyi, iconic for being one of London's premier two [Michelin](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shake-shack-x-ikoyi)-starred restaurants, is set to captivate food enthusiasts with its upcoming exclusive tasting menu collaboration with [Uber Eats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ynyshir). As part of the esteemed Uber Eats Hosts series, executive chef Jeremy Chan has meticulously crafted a tantalizing five-course delivery tasting menu, which will be available for just two days via the Uber Eats platform.

The line consists of favorites originating from Ikoyi's dine-in tasting menu, with highlights such as green goddess slaw, fried chicken with smoked scotch bonnet & raspberry, jollof rice and crab custard, and more. Drink pairings include Pedro's Elixir, Timur and Tea Gimlet, Eko Gold, and the Chapman.

“We do a rice dish with lobster custard, and we're doing one for Uber Eats with crab custard which is still very complex and difficult to make, but travels better,” chef Jeremy Chan shared. “I’m very excited for people to try that dish at home.”
