The capsule in question is ILBAGNOALESSI and Giovannoni designed it back then for [Laufen](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/volta-collection), in collaboration with the popular Italian brand [Alessi](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pole). The capsule was revered for its sculptural, forward-thinking approach. In 2023, Giovannoni reimagines the iconic bathroom collection through the "evolution of materials and technology." A key ceramic material in the new rendition of ILBAGNOALESSI is Saphirkeramik. Stemming from Laufen's ongoing research, Saphirkeramik makes it possible to "create thin, malleable forms that are still extremely durable."
