Hytech offers management consulting services to fintech companies all around the world. With this change, the company is unifying its teams from several departments, such as operations, cybersecurity, human resources, data analytics, and app development support, under a single structure. Over 980 employees were in attendance, and 3,910 NFTs were redeemed during the event. “With our team members working in different markets and time zones, it was difficult to find a suitable time and place to meet. Furthermore, with Hytech’s expertise, our people live and breathe technology and innovation daily. So the virtual gathering on the Metaverse was the right choice on so many levels,” said Sara Zhang, Head of Global HR at Hytech.
