The [HUF](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/acidic-americana) Spring 2019 collection was recently unveiled and it draws inspiration from its own founder and his heritage. Keith Hufnagel grew up in New York City and a large part of his upbringing involved being involved in the strong skateboarding culture during the 90s. The latest seasonal capsule celebrates the era and the [skate culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/united-through-skateboarding) of the urban city -- the pieces aim to capture the diverse culture and eclectic energy that it boasted.

Some of the designs that translate this theme include the 'Highline' [floral print](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/reimagined-icons) as a nod to the parks, 'Fake News' and 'Blacked Out' graphic prints reference the history of the location. The range features fashion and accessories and to honor the drop, Eric Haze, a friend and graffiti artist created a mural at a nearby skate spot.
