The cubic look of this apartment complex can be credited to the need for privacy as the surrounding area has many factories and public spaces. Thus, the resolution makes for a very [modernistic concrete look](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/khome) that would please any architecture aficionado. The five-storey building ensures [privacy for its inhabitants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bureau-des-mesarchitecture) with its high walls and window spaces that are located in between the seemingly blocked facade. The windows feature a [translucent glazing](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glass-brick-house) to further promote the concealment of the apartment owners. Overall, this construction takes into account the needs of people who reside in the building whilst remaining architecturally fascinating with its intricate facade. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.9/10 - Popularity: 70% | Activity: 39% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Grid-like Housing Constructions:** Creating grid-like housing constructions can provide privacy in dense urban areas. - **Translucent Glazing:** Using translucent glazing can be an innovative way to promote concealment in architecture. - **Privacy-based Construction:** A privacy-based construction approach can be a unique and modernistic solution. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** Innovative and modernistic approaches to architecture can provide answers for privacy needs in densely populated areas. - **Real Estate:** Privately owned constructions can be in high demand in areas where privacy is necessary. - **Construction Technology:** New construction technologies can provide unique and innovative solutions to privacy-based construction. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Concrete Block-Formed Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blockwall-house.md) - [Gridded Screen Apartment Blocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/residential-building-1.md) - [Clear Glazing Compact Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/check-patterned-house.md) - [Pyramidal Concrete Japanese Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pyramid-hut.md) - [Wooden Louvre Secluded Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-aoyama.md) - [Raw Concrete Industrial Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-nishizaki.md) - [Concrete Boxes-Overlapping Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-tsurumiku.md) - [Minimalist Concrete Complexes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/residential-project-in-tokyo.md) - [Pixelated Illusion Housing](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/van-b.md)
