The meal is ideal for quickly putting together a dinner that is ideal for young trick-or-treaters to snack on before they head out to pick up their candy. The meal is quite easy to prepare and requires very simple decorative skills. The recipe begins with a dozen hot dogs of your choice from vegetarian to beef.
