'Horror Vacui' by Federico Chiesa is a photo series that imagines what some of the most [iconic villains in pop culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/disney-villains-2) would be doing in their retired years. All of the characters are from 1980s films, and it appears that they have mellowed out quite a bit now they are done killing.

While Michael Myers used to chase people down and stab them, that probably won't happen now that he has to use a walker to get around. Darth Vader doesn't seem to be doing too well for himself, as he is depicted sitting in a [comfy chair](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/edgeofyr) with a blanket over his lap flipping through channels.

Horror Vacui by Federico Chiesa reminds one that even the bad guys don't live forever.
