The conceptual [Carota](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/devialet-butterfly) Design Hornet Drone is a futuristic take on the [photography drone](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dji-1) that puts biomimicry front and center to make the solution far more applicable for the needs of the modern user.

Inspired by the bilaterally symmetric wings observed on insects and birds, the drone is designed to draw influence from evolution for an aerial unit that is ready for advanced flights. The drone also sports a [modular design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hoverair-x1-pro) that can transform the wings from being separated to singular to make it perfect for maneuvering.

The conceptual Carota Design Hornet Drone also features a camera module that sticks out the back of the unit when landing and will position itself below once airborne to seamlessly capture photos or video of the surroundings.
