The firms released plans for an expansion at the New Hampshire location, which will include a plaza, a new building, and [renovations to the existing structure](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-court-theatre) to include more performance spaces. The complex will include a new lobby called the Forum. It will sit between the new facilities and the old structure to bridge the gap between the past and the future. Striated wooden walls and a long, curved staircase will be included in the new lobby area.
