The [Smart Zendo](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-smart-coop) house boasts a design that's [compact yet easily transformed](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/affordable-housing-prototype) to serve different functions. Although settled in the city, the urban residence boasts a serene design that inspires feelings of calm, especially as large windows frame picturesque vistas like works of art.

To make the most of the available space, the design includes wooden platforms that lift up out of the floor, some of which can be used for additional storage space, and others that can be used as eating surfaces.

Some of the smart features that are integrated into the Smart Zendo home include voice-activated controls and electric door locks.
