The calculator highlights the look and feel of honeycomb with the number pad thanks to the [hexagonal shapes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/airhive) that also connect each button together in a uniform way. This acts as a way to streamline the process of inputing calculations, while also making it appear as a more stylish accessory to keep out in the open on a desktop. The conceptual Honeycomb Calculator also features a numerical display that shows numbers clearly in all kinds of lighting scenarios to ensure that it's ready for use both during the day and in the evening. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.1/10 - Popularity: 90% | Activity: 84% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Naturalistic Workstation Accessories:** The Honeycomb Calculator exemplifies the growing trend of natural-inspired accessories for workstations. - **Chic Desktop Aesthetics:** The Honeycomb Calculator taps into the trend of enhancing the visual appeal of desktop accessories. - **Streamlined Calculations:** The Honeycomb Calculator demonstrates the trend of creating tools that simplify and streamline the process of inputing calculations. ### Who This Affects Most - **Office Supplies:** The Honeycomb Calculator offers an innovative design opportunity for the office supplies industry. - **Home Decor:** The Honeycomb Calculator provides an opportunity for the home decor industry to incorporate stylish and functional desktop accessories. - **Consumer Electronics:** The Honeycomb Calculator showcases how consumer electronics can blend design and functionality to create unique products. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Stationery-Friendly Calculators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flip-calculator.md) - [Soothing Calculator Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/equals-calculator.md) - [AI-Powered Calculators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/calculator-concept.md) - [Modern Wooden Desk Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ofiistory-desk-supplies.md) - [Digital Productivity Desk Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/desk-accessory-concept.md) - [Modern Workspace Design Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/workspace-designs.md) - [Numpad-Style Calculators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/denten.md) - [Stealthy Desk Setup Products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hexcal.md) - [Slick Design-Forward Calculator Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/design-calculators.md)
