This awesome chill-out spot can be found nestled in breathtaking Slovakia. All about inspiring openness and absolute harmony, Home Spa was designed by design firm architekti.sk. Emphasizing on serenity and privacy, the design firm was able to give the owners of the Neo-Baroque villa all the space and tranquility they wanted to escape the daily hustle and bustle of Bratislava's city center. This haven includes a whole wellness corner complete with a [pool, whirlpool, sauna](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-luminar) and a tepidarium. Using ceiling openings to let bright natural light in, [stark white walls, simple accents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zen-house-1) and a green roof, this sanctuary has the zen-like environment down perfectly. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.1/10 - Popularity: 83% | Activity: 93% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Home Spa Designs:** Opportunity for design firms to create spa-like spaces within homes, promoting relaxation and tranquility. - **Zen-inspired Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior designers to create serene and minimalist spaces that promote peace of mind. - **Wellness Retreats at Home:** Opportunity to transform homes into personal wellness retreats, integrating spa features and relaxation areas. ### Who This Affects Most - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity for interior design firms to specialize in creating spa-inspired home environments. - **Architecture:** Opportunity for architects to incorporate wellness features and design elements into residential properties. - **Home Improvement:** Opportunity for companies in the home improvement industry to offer products and services that cater to creating personal wellness spaces at home. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Modern Home Wellness Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kohler.md) - [Tranquil Reimagined Wellness Resorts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ziedlejas.md) - [Tranquil Courtyard Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sanctum-house.md) - [Forest Sanctuary Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sadowski-house.md) - [Neutral-Toned Wellness Spas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inness-spa.md) - [Minimal Timber Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zenhouse.md) - [Luxe Modern Spas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cosmopolitan-hotels-spazen.md) - [Comprehensive Spa Wellness Experiences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spa-wellness-experience.md) - [Tranquil Elevated Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zen-house.md)
