Hype the Hollis crib! This luxurious little-one lounger is far superior to standard [baby cribs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bosch-revol). Instead of being constructed out of wooden slats and bars, the Hollis crib has a much smoother and inviting design. It is crafted out of [clear acrylic plastic](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vibrant-midcentury-modern), which is extremely durable and easy to wipe down. This clear material makes it a very beautiful piece, as it looks almost like crystal. It is also a much more inviting environment for [sleepy infants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/snoo-smart-sleeper). Instead of being caged behind bars, babies can now gaze out of their crib and see their surroundings. Parents can also easily peer inside from any angle to see if their child is safe. Oh baby -- this Hollis crib is a genius design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.9/10 - Popularity: 85% | Activity: 83% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Transparent Nursery Furniture:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in creating transparent nursery furniture that offers a modern and sleek design, while also providing a more comforting and open environment for infants. - **Luxury Baby Cribs:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in developing luxury baby cribs made from high-quality and durable materials that prioritize both functionality and aesthetics. - **Easy-to-maintain Nursery Products:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in designing nursery products, such as cribs, that are made from easy-to-clean materials, making it more convenient for parents to maintain a hygienic environment for their babies. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in the furniture manufacturing industry to create unique and innovative baby crib designs that cater to the demands of modern parents seeking stylish and functional nursery furniture. - **Baby Product Manufacturing:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in the baby product manufacturing industry to develop luxury cribs and other nursery products that offer premium quality, comfort, and style for infants and their parents. - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in the interior design industry to incorporate transparent nursery furniture into modern interior designs, creating visually appealing and comfortable spaces for babies. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ultra-Modern Infant Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-infant-furniture.md) - [Modern Nursery Furniture Lines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nursery-furniture.md) - [Collapsible Space-Saving Child Cribs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folding-crib.md) - [Smart Cry-Detecting Baby Cribs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/starling-natural-heritage.md) - [Functional Infant Bedding](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mulberry-park-silks.md) - [Toddler-Convertible Cots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/parry-cot.md) - [Sleek Multipurpose Crib Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crib-design.md) - [Collapsible Flatpack Crib Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bababing-bedside-travel-crib.md) - [Luxurious Lucite Pet Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pet-furniture-collection.md)
