The hidden safes by Meridian Point look exactly like [electrical outlets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/invisoutlet-aura); they are fitted into the wall the same way, the only difference is that these wall outlets do not have electricity and they have a large compartment to stash your goods and valuables. The hidden safes install with ease and come with a special key to open the unit. Unless you have a massive safe that is bolted to the ground or simply too heavy to lift, you are wasting your time packaging all of your goods for a quick and easy steal by intruders and thieves. Everyone has a need to stash money and jewelry along with other items, so why spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on safes when you can spend under 10 dollars on one of these hidden safes? ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.5/10 - Popularity: 95% | Activity: 92% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Unique](https://www.trendhunter.com/unique) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Deceptive Hidden Safes:** Using design to create hidden safes is a disruptive innovation opportunity for the home security industry. - **Affordable Home Security Products:** Creating affordable security products like Meridian Point's hidden safes is a disruptive innovation opportunity for the home security industry. - **Designing Functional Home Decor:** Incorporating practical function into everyday home decor like Meridian Point's hidden safes is a disruptive innovation opportunity for the home decor industry. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Security:** Developing new hidden storage designs for home security purposes is a disruptive innovation opportunity for the home security industry. - **Retail:** Creating and marketing affordable hidden safes like Meridian Point's is a disruptive innovation opportunity for the retail industry. - **Home Decor:** Integrating valuable storage solutions into attractive home decor like Meridian Point's hidden safes is a disruptive innovation opportunity for the home decor industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Dedicated Residential Delivery Doors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/parcel-safe.md) - [Connected Key-Free Personal Safes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/home-biometric-personal-safe.md) - [Discreet Folding Shelf Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folding-shelf.md) - [Smart Lock Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/robern-iq-digital-lock-box.md) - [Ultra-Stylish Cannabis Safety Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cannabis-safety-box.md) - [Easy-to-Install Outlet Covers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/switch-plate-set.md) - [Child-Proof Outlet Guards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/outletguard.md) - [Secret Decorative Litter Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/decorative-litter-box.md) - [Discreet File Security Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/secret-photo-vault.md)
