This ping pong table is made entirely out of concrete, making it impervious to both thieves and the weather. The designers of the HENGE Concrete Ping Pong Table have taken special care to ensure that these tables play exactly like their indoor counterparts. While the table is not approved for official play (it lacks official markings) it is perfect for a quick pick-up game between friends looking to settle a score. For the agoraphobics out there, HENGE also sells its [solid rock](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fels-coffee-table) rec room essential to private parties. The table weighs anywhere from 2,300 to 2,800 pounds and sells for $7,000. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.9/10 - Popularity: 20% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Life-Stages](https://www.trendhunter.com/life-stages) > [Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/toys) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Concrete Furniture:** Opportunity to disrupt the furniture industry with more durable and weather-resistant concrete materials. - **Outdoor Gaming:** Opportunity to create innovative outdoor gaming products beyond traditional games like ping pong that appeal to new audiences. - **Reimagining Indoor Recreational Games for Outdoor Use:** Opportunity to design more recreational games for outdoor use, utilizing durable materials for resistance towards weather and potential vandalism. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture:** Opportunity for furniture manufacturers to incorporate durable and weather-resistant materials like concrete into their lines. - **Sports and Recreation:** Opportunity to create innovative outdoor gaming products beyond traditional games like ping pong that appeal to new audiences. - **Outdoor Equipment:** Opportunity for outdoor equipment manufacturers to design new recreational games for outdoor use, utilizing durable materials for resistance towards weather and potential vandalism. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Luxury Transparent Game Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/effetto-71-ping-pong-table.md) - [Artful Table Tennis Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nedj-ping-pong-tables.md) - [Chic Stone Fragment Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/skrivo-for-miniforms-pinto.md) - [Fashion-Branded Ping Pong Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kith-for-wilson-ping-pong-table.md) - [Industrial Strength Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/intra-side-table.md) - [Concrete Sculptural Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ancora.md) - [Pop Art-Inspired Foosball Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rs4-home-x-hey-foosball-table.md) - [Clay-Covered Outdoor Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nendo-kasane-33-clay-table.md) - [Skeletal Industrial Dining Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/landr-dining-and-conference-table.md)
