The pancake mix boasts a Hello Kitty branding to further elevate the kawaii style of the product and only needs to have eggs, milk and oil added to achieve a rich, chewy breakfast dish. The product is crafted with gluten-free rice flour in the base, which is what gives it the gelatinous texture needed to achieve the mochi-like consistency. The A-Sha Hello Kitty Mochi Pancake Mix comes in Original and Ube flavor options, which are both prepared by simply adding in milk, eggs and oil. Shoppers can purchase the baking mix now directly from the brand with [Target](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pancake-cereal) and [Amazon](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pancake-waffle-mix) receiving stock in the near-future.
