Located 350km east of Seoul, the hotel is placed at the top of a peak that looks out onto the ocean. The design team created a [curled white concrete structure](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concrete-house-1) that has a swooping effect, inspired by potent chi energy fields. With high-ceiling rooms, the resort has grey stone floors and a white color scheme to resemble the interior of a seashell. The high-end spa has a [unique sauna and a curved pool](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balnea-spa), with multiple other luxurious amenities. The Healing Stay Kosmos Hotel is a one-of-a-kind travel experience that offers all guests a calm and relaxed stay, availing for booking online now. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.0/10 - Popularity: 77% | Activity: 66% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Modern Structural Concrete Architecture:** Using concrete in creative and innovative ways in architecture to create unique designs like the Healing Stay Kosmos Hotel. - **Luxury Wellness Tourism:** Combining luxury travel experiences with wellness amenities such as high-end spas and saunas. - **Seashell-inspired Design:** Incorporating elements of seashells in architectural and interior design to create a calming and relaxing atmosphere like at the Healing Stay Kosmos Hotel. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Hospitality:** Incorporating concrete in innovative ways in hotel design to create unique experiences that attract upscale travelers. - **Spa and Wellness:** Incorporating unique spa and sauna experiences with luxury travel accommodations like at the Healing Stay Kosmos Hotel to provide a unique wellness offering for travelers. - **Architecture and Interior Design:** Creating unique and calming designs, like those inspired by seashells, in both architectural and interior design to create relaxing and visually-pleasing spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sculptural Concrete Hotel Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sleeping-lab.md) - [Pyramid-Inspired Hotel Suites](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kymaia-hotel.md) - [Bold Urban Hotels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hotel-hans.md) - [Vegetal Concrete Mexican Hotels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-yuma.md) - [Monumental Concrete Hotel Suites](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folly-mojave-series.md) - [Earthy Tonal Coastal Hotels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mylos-hotel.md) - [Sculptural Canteliver Concrete Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-del-alma.md) - [Eco-Friendly Luxury Villas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/land-villas.md) - [Coastal Shiny Cantilevered Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shebara-resort.md)
