Encompassing 4,000 square feet, the venue boasts floor-to-ceiling glass, an indoor lounge, and garden-inspired outdoor seating with 270-degree city views. The design strikes a balance between modern edge and subtle glamour, blending chainmail columns with mirrored brick textures. Overseen by [acclaimed mixologist David Choi](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wing-lei-bar), the cocktail program showcases imaginative creations, including the 'Avión De Papel,' a mezcal-forward reimagining of the 'Paper Plane,' complete with a paper plane garnish for a playful personal touch. Other standouts include the 'Sakura Sour' with Japanese whisky and cherry blossom, the 'Garden of Olympus' with Rhum agricole and basil, and the zero-proof 'Yuz A Lyre.' The experience is rounded out by a Mediterranean-style small plates menu from Chef Pietro Aletto of [Grand Street Pizza](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baccarat-hotel-new-york).
