Someone in New York has sent [street art website](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dish-pics) Wooster Collective an interesting graffiti piece that was found in the Soho area. Everyone, meet Hanksy.

For those confused with the name, Hanksy is a combination of Tom Hanks and Banksy. Whoever did this has taken Banksy's infamous [black and white rat stencil](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stash-1) and replaced the head with Tom Hanks's smiling face. The result is an extremely hilarious pop culture parody that's definitely a memorable one. It's actually quite similar to the 'Tom Hanks Is A Lot of Animals' Tumblr blog in which the actor's head gets placed on various animals.

Whether or not the Hanksy will go viral around the streets remains to be seen. I wonder if this is getting Banksy's attention.
