The interior of the case is composed of suspended wires that keep your books safe. This contemporary hanging bookcase is [minimalistic and fun](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/qurv), it kind of reminds me of laundry or dish dry racks. We hope that it comes in more colors than neon green. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.4/10 - Popularity: 27% | Activity: 96% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Gravity-defying Illusion:** Explore opportunities for incorporating gravity-defying elements into furniture designs or interior decor items. - **Minimalistic Storage Solutions:** Develop innovative storage solutions that are minimalistic in design and add a playful element to the space. - **Colorful Bookcases:** Create bookcases in a variety of colors to match different interior styles and preferences. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture Design:** Incorporate gravity-defying illusions into furniture designs, such as bookcases or shelves. - **Interior Decor:** Introduce minimalistic and playful storage solutions as decorative elements for interior spaces. - **Home Organization:** Offer colorful and versatile bookcases as practical and stylish storage options for books and other items. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Book-Storing Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bookgroove-bookrack.md) - [Sliding Wintery Landscape Bookshelves](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manhwabang-bookshelf.md) - [Video Game-Like Bookcases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tetris-bookcase.md) - [Sculptural Bookshelves Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptural-bookshelf.md) - [Dynamic Architecturally Strong Bookshelves](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dogma.md) - [Minimalist Bookish Shelves](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minimal-bookshelf.md) - [Dynamic Storage-Display Shelves](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shelf-life.md) - [Tech-Charging Book Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/haaase-liesma-bookshelf.md) - [Toy Block-Inspired Wooden Bookshelves](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rotating-picture-book.md)
