# Long-Eared Coat Hangers The Hanger Doe Exemplifies the Evolution of Conventional Closet Organizers By Amelia Roblin | Published 2012-09-04 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hanger-doe References: [blog.leibal](http://blog.leibal.com/products/hanger-doe/) & [vasiliybutenko](http://vasiliybutenko.com/index.php/design/77) The creation of the charming Hanger Doe asserts the shift in the way that Westerners have come to behave in their homes. While there are still a number of niches throughout all houses that hide incredible messes of possessions, spaces like closets have been experiencing overhauls. Vasiliy Butenko's quirky clothes-arranging item has been designed to be appreciated like no [wire coat hanger](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multi-hanger) or [plastic clothes hook](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/elegant-hook-options) ever was. It gives the modern person comfort to maintain order amidst a chaotic lifestyle, but there's something else to it. Wouldn't it be an improvement to invite guests into your home and impress them with a thoughtful domestic detail like the Hanger Doe? We let people see our messy kitchens and our cluttered cupboards, but to display such delightful items in the [front foyer](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/comodo) provides positive first impressions. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.9/10 - Popularity: 39% | Activity: 10% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Quirky Home Organizers:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Design unique and aesthetically pleasing home organization products that can enhance the overall decor of a living space. - **Personalized Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create customizable home products that allow individuals to express their personality and style in their living spaces. - **First Impressions Enhancement:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop innovative ways to make a lasting positive impression on guests by incorporating creative and decorative elements in the entryway of homes. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Organization:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Introduce new and innovative organizational solutions to help individuals maintain a clutter-free and visually appealing living environment. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Combine functionality and aesthetics in unique ways to create personalized living spaces that reflect individual tastes and preferences. - **Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop decorative products and accessories that enhance the overall ambiance and create a positive atmosphere within homes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Modular Minimal Wardrobe Hangers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/koi-cloths.md) - [Fragrance-Defusing Hanger Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ploud-hanger.md) - [Rotating Punctuation Mark Hangers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/emotion-hanger.md) - [Expanding Garment Hangers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flip-hanger.md) - [Storage-Conscious Clothing Hangers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/coat-hingers.md) - [Open-Concept Clothing Racks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bauhutte-clothes-hanger-rack.md) - [Geometrically Shaped Hanger Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/triangle-hanger.md) - [Sporty Climbing-Inspired Hangers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grip-hanger.md) - [Connected Curated Wardrobe Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lookandme-closet.md)
