# Creepy Furniture Han Solo in Carbonite Desk By Ayman | Published 2008-02-23 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/han-solo-carbonite-desk References: [boingboing.net](http://www.boingboing.net/2008/02/22/han-solo-in-carbonit.html) & [tomspinadesigns](http://www.tomspinadesigns.com) Tom Spina Designs created this super creepy 'Han Solo in Carbonite desk' for Mark Hall of the Grammy Award winning group Casting Crowns. It is a custom designed desk that fits a Star Wars-style theme. The makers claim the desk 'is beyond furniture... it's not just a desk, it's art!' It's damn creepy art if you ask me. Metal and fiberglass construction with a heavy glass top create an elegant and extremely unique piece of furniture!
