Ezequiel Galasso is the talented artist behind this skateboard musical endeavour. The guitars are made from [old skateboard decks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/limitededition-skateboard-deck), which explain the odd angling of the guitars. The way Galasso was able to mash-up these [two instruments of opposing work](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/harmoni) is nothing short of amazing. These integrated works of art are sure to be a hit among skaters who know how to rock and to rockers who know how to skate. If Tony Hawk and Jimi Hendrix were able to conceive a child together that child will undoubtedly be shredding out these mashed up guitars like no one's business. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.8/10 - Popularity: 97% | Activity: 100% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Customization](https://www.trendhunter.com/customization) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Upcycled Musical Instruments:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Exploring new ways to repurpose materials to create unique musical instruments. - **Sustainable Art:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Combining creativity and environmental consciousness to produce artistic creations with a positive impact. - **Crossover Culture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Bridging the gap between different subcultures and industries to create innovative and hybrid products. ### Where This Applies - **Music:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Rethinking traditional instruments and materials to appeal to eco-conscious musicians and music enthusiasts. - **Skateboarding:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Exploring the potential for integrating skateboard design and aesthetics into other industries, such as music. - **Art:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Pushing the boundaries of art by repurposing unconventional materials and engaging with alternative subcultures. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Recycled Material Skateboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lander-skateboard.md) - [Upcycled Skateboard Projects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/project-rpsd.md) - [Shreddable Steampunk Guitars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/steampunk-guitar.md) - [Nightclub-Derived Wood Guitars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wood-guitar.md) - [Accessible First-Time Skateboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/redo-skateboards.md) - [Futuristic Abstract Musical Instruments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zeta-electric-guitar.md) - [Modular High-End Guitars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shark-guitars.md) - [Psychedelic Skateboard Decks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/new-psychedelia.md) - [Celestial Smart Bamboo Guitars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/natasha-bamboo-smart-guitar.md)
