It is designed by [Floris Schoonderbeek](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-floris-rubben) for [Weltevree](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wheelbench-krllermller-edition) and it is developed with dimming capabilities to set the mood wherever it goes. Additionally, it also functions as a spotlight or a flashlight, brightening or dimming down depending on the purpose of the light. It also has a handle to be hung along a hook or on a tree to create a hands-free lighting solution. To charge the Guidelight, it uses a micro-USB cable that only needs an adapter or a computer with a USB input. The port is designed to be hidden, found under the black cap on the side of the lamp.
