Local architecture studio [MODA](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/caviar-kaspia), also known as the [Modern Office of Design + Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/research-centre) has introduced a look at the GROW project. The project is in a "seamless milieu that blurs interior and exterior, as well as private and public space." The multifamily housing development is defined by its wood siding and tranquil [ramped roof gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hope-villa) on top.

This is located in Calgary, Canada and the project is comprised of 20 residential units along with an urban farm. The Modern Office of Design + Architecture explains, "In a world where 'housing' is slowly succumbing to a tool of capital, GROW hits the pause button, asking for more of where and how we live communally in urban environments."
